Before however you need to have spent a thought about your value impact statement and core values and what the the company is about paired with clear a governance  for the sales and your brand solutions, no matter if it concerns digital or physical products and services.

All of this has to melt into offerings with the needed brand and product / offering clarity for a true enablement of internal and external stakeholders and last but not least the customers. You need to make it easy to have your clients understand your brand what you stand for and why and what you are able to deliver.
